WeAVE is able to provide Wyoming high school students all the courses required for the Honor or Performance Scholarship. The requirements are different for each graduating class. Please look through the tables below to see where you or your student's requirements are listed. Please contact your school counselor or principal to discuss taking Hathaway Scholarship elgible courses from WeAVE. For more information on the Hathaway Scholarship.

Three of the following courses:

Computer Science I:

Course(s) covering the subject matter of:

American History and
World History

Current high school graduation requirements

One year of foreign language which must be taken in grades 9-12.

Eastern Shoshone or Northern Arapaho may be taken in fulfillment of this requirement.

Four years of math to include:

Algebra I;
Geometry;
Algebra II; and

An additional math course taken in grades 9-12

Four years of science in grades 9-12 to include as least three of the following courses:

Physics I;
Physics II;
Chemistry I;
Chemistry II;
Biology I;
Biology II;
Geology I;
Computer Science I:

Three years of social studies in grades 9-12 to include a combination of the following subject matters:

American History;
World History; Geography; American Government; and Economic systems and institutions.

Four years of language arts at the college or industry preparatory level in grades 9-12, to include reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

Two sequence years of foreign language which:

Need not be taken consecutively;

At least one year of which shall be taken in grades 9-12.

Eastern Shoshone or Northern Arapaho may be taken in fulfillment of this requirement.

Four years of math to include:

Algebra I;
Geometry;
Algebra II; and

An additional math course taken in grades 9-12

Four years of science in grades 9-12, three years of which shall satisfy high school graduation requirements.

Three years of social studies in grades 9-12 to include a combination of the following subject matters:

American History;
World History; Geography; American Government; and Economic systems and institutions.

Four years of language arts at the college or industry preparatory level in grades 9-12, to include reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Demonstrate proficiency on the state standards for the foreign cultures and languages common core of knowledge requirement.
 
Career Scholarship Requirements

Two years of math to include:

Algebra I;
Algebra II; or
Geometry.
